Dialogue from the Soul

by Darshna Parmar

In the first few weeks of life

the newborn sleeps

As they stretch, purr and pull funny faces

they are releasing residual feelings from previous incarnations

they are a picture of complete innocence.

An open book ready for a story to be told…

My parents enforce the ‘I’ upon me

my soul starts to express its desires

My parents try to mold my thinking through their unconscious

as i have evolved, my consciousness kicked in

i will choose my nirvana through my life

and travel through the depths of time

In honour of parents I AM

to be

Source, Being and Present
